By accessing or using DevRank, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

DevRank is an independent platform where Roblox developers publish portfolios, discover work opportunities, communicate with other users and use free calculators. DevRank is not a party to any agreement between users and does not guarantee payment, delivery or outcomes of any engagement.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting, you grant DevRank a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content on the platform.

Reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of individual users, not DevRank. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you post. DevRank may remove content that violates these Terms or is reported and found to be abusive, misleading or unlawful.

You may not: impersonate others; post false, defamatory or harassing content; scam or defraud other users; upload malware; scrape or abuse the service; circumvent security or rate limits; or use DevRank for any unlawful purpose.

DevRank's name, logo, design and software are owned by DevRank. "Roblox" and all related marks belong to Roblox Corporation; DevRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not verify every user, listing or claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevRank is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from transactions between users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevRank is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This section is a placeholder pending legal review.
